Special Notes - Preparation Required and Product Care:

In order to protect your Sand and Water Picnic Table and to ensure that it can provide years of enjoyment for your children, it is highly recommended to prepare your set for outdoor use.

We recommend external and internal painting of your Picnic Table using exterior grade self-primed paint, either prior to assembly (highly recommended) or within 1-2 weeks of assembly to minimise timber movement due to exposure to weather elements. The umbrella pole is already painted and does not require further treatment for outdoor use. Keep your umbrella closed and out of the elements during windy weather and when not in use. To further protect your Picnic Table set, you may like to use an outdoor cover when not in use. We recommend to store your umbrella undercover or indoors when not in use. Warranty does not cover breakage of the umbrella during use or if it is left outdoors in the weather elements. 

As with any outdoor furniture item, the set needs regular and ongoing maintenance to continue to protect it from environmental conditions.

Adult supervision is recommended when children are using water in the splash tubs. Children should not be left unsupervised when playing with water.
